In this case, please send us your system info. You can find it in under Elementor → System info. Please use Pastebin to paste it and send it to us.
In addition, on your WordPress root folder, edit the wp-config.php and set the value of WP-DEBUG to true. If you get any errors on the front-end view of the site please post those in pastebin too.

In this case, it seems that you missed sharing the system info as well. Could you kindly let us know which version of Elementor you are using. We recommend using the latest Elementor version since older versions of Elementor register controls differently.
