Critical error after import list

    Active theme: Astra (version 4.1.6)
    Current extension: ALD – Dropshipping and Fulfillment for AliExpress and WooCommerce (version 1.0.28)
    PHP version 7.4.33

    Hello,

    I’m contacting you because I have two questions.

    The first is that I’ve downloaded your plug-in and the chrome extension. I’ve done the configuration, but when I try to import a product, I get this message: “A critical error has occurred on this site. Please check your site administration email inbox for more information.”

    I then deactivated my plugins one by one, but none of them was the cause of the problem. I regenerated my ssl certificate with my hosting provider but nothing helped. Finally, I deactivated your plug-in, then retested it, but it still doesn’t work. In site health, the origin of the problem doesn’t appear.

    The error message I receive says: “An E_ERROR error has been caused in line 3208” and Uncaught Error: Class ‘VI_WOO_ALIDROPSHIP_Admin_Find_Product’ not found in /home/b/www/wp-content/plugins/woo-alidropship/admin/import_list.php:3208

    Can you help me? Thanks

    the second question is: Do we have to change the quote to dollars on aliexpress to import a product to our store? I’d like to sell in euros, is this a problem?

Hello, I'm contacting you because I'm having problems, now I can no longer edit the products I import, they appear in the imported list but the following message appears: Price of the product applicable to Brazil.

After a while the products I imported from the list are no longer available and I received the error email that says: An error of type E_ERROR was caused on line 3208 of the file /home1/

Error message: Uncaught Error: Class "VI_WOO_ALIDROPSHIP_Admin_Find_Product" not found in /home1/dobran72/

    We’ve fixed the issue in the latest release 1.0.29. Please update ALD to that version and test again. Let me know if the issue remains.

    Thanks you it’s working now but i haven’t got the possibility to import product directly with the attributes and varation. I had to add them my self in woocommerce. Is it because I use the free version?

    Hi,

    I’m sorry I don’t quite understand, do you mean you can’t import product? Can you share the AliExpress product URL and some images that helps demonstrate the issue?
