I am getting a critical error on my website. After days of thinking it was to do with the Brizy plugin I finally got the email with error details from wordpress which said it was the Printful Integration for WooCommerce Plugin. Below are the details from that email. How do I correct this while still using printful. Is there somewhere I can download an older version of the plugin?

When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
    WordPress version 5.4.2
Current theme: The Core Child (version 1.0)
Current plugin: Printful Integration for WooCommerce (version 2.1.13)
    PHP version 7.3.20

  • Hey there,

Thank you for reaching out with this concern!
Could you try re-activating the Printful plugin to see if this helps with solving this issue?

Our plugin is compatible with the newest WordPress and WooCommerce versions, however it might encounter compatibility issues with any other third party plugins.

    We hope this helps!

I tried reactivating and it didn’t help.

Thank you for your prompt reply!
We’re currently consulting with our developer team on the error you’re receiving, to see if there is anything else we could suggest from our end.

I’ll follow up with you as soon as we have any additional details on this.

Another thing you could try meanwhile is to disable all other plugins apart from WooCommerce and Printful, to see if that helps with solving the error – this would indicate that there are compatibility issues between our plugin and one of your other plugins.

Let us know how that goes!

    Hey there,
