Thank you for getting back to us with error logs, it seems plugin jbaspark-master is causing the issues on AMP pages, can you please deactivate the plugin and check if it’s working for you without errors?

In case the jbaspark plugin is causing issues, I will recommend reaching out to their support and getting those errors fixed

I tested deactivating all plugins on my site, but the error still persists.

Sorry for the delayed response, it appears that you deactivated the jetpack plugin, the “jba spark” is a different plugin which is located on /public_html/wp-content/plugins/jbaspark-master/ path can you please check if you can deactivate it.
