critical error

  • When deleted from the admin panel, it creates a critical error and is not deleted. The error message does not arrive in the mail. I was only able to remove this plugin from the plugins folder on the hosting.

    Hello, Thank you for using the plugin.

    I’ve tried with the latest WordPress and was able to delete the plugin.

    Please see the followings to solve the error.

    1. “Plugin confliction” may happen with particular plugins.
      Please deactivate the other plugins and try the deletion.
    2. WordPress theme may conflict with the plugin.
      Please use a different theme to see if the reason is the conflict.
    3. The settings on your server may cause problems.
      For example PHP version, SQL version, WAF, etc. Please use the server support.
