    hey guys,

thank you for this awesome plugin! I really love it ??

unfortunately – after switching server – the plugin causes a critical error. I did the plugin check and also switched theme, deleted all data (the file of the plugin in wp-content) and tried to install it again with a new downloaded file BUT the same error appears again and again. can you please help me to fix this issue because I really want to use your plugin again ??

so I would be really happy if you could tell me how I can get rid of ALL old plugin data, so that I can install the plugin really fresh without an error? thanks for any tips!

    greetings

    Diana

    Hi @did3y

    Thanks for using PublishPress Planner.

You mentioned that the error started throwing up after you move server. Is there any difference between old and new server? Maybe the PHP version or the PHP extensions?

    Thanks,

@did3y Yes, that could be the problem. Can you inform me what PHP version on your new server so we can check if we can replicate the issue?

    Thanks,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved. If you have any further questions, please reply again here, or you can start a new thread.

    Thanks,
