Hi, Today I was asked to look at a critical error on a website. Looking at the logs (posted below) I guessed that The Event Calendar plugin was causing the problem. I manually (via FTP) disabled this plugin and the site is accessible again. Are you able to give me any info on how I might solve this issue please.

    Thanks, Steve

    Hi @footstepsdesign

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having this issue. Let me help you with this one.

Based on our assessment, it seems like you came across an issue that has already been resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Would you be so kind as to try updating our plugins to their latest version and check if the problem has been resolved?

Let me know how it goes.

@darian: I only wish this had been resolved, but it hasn’t. The latest version of TEC is not compatible with the latest version of wordpress and a cursory look at the posts on this support forum shows that critical error issue is appearing more and more. I have a ticket with TEC for the past few days and its still not been resolved.
