This morning I got a critical error on my site and narrowed it down to this plugin through elimination. I don’t suppose for a minute this plugin is at fault as I can’t see that it has been updated recently and I was tinkering with the settings yesterday so I guess I broke something. I added an extra location (which I’ve since deleted but the issue persists) and embedded a gravity form shortcode within the business hours shortcode (which seemed to work fine). Any idea what might have gone wrong please? I’d really like to be able to reactivate this very helpful plugin. Thanks

    Hi @helpwildlife

You can dig up the exact error by enabling error logging. This would help us narrow down what a possible issue could have been. We have an easy and quick guide on how to enable error logging: https://www.studiowombat.com/knowledge-base/how-to-enable-error-logging-on-your-wordpress-website/

Once you have the error, please reply it to us. Thanks!

Thanks so much for the prompt reply. I did as you suggested and then reactivated the plugin so I could record the error and it’s worked fine ever since!

The only remaining issue I’m having is that the time message (it’s Thursday at 4pm etc) isn’t updating for non-logged in users. I’m assuming this is a caching thing which would be rectified by the pro version? Can I very cheekily ask whether there would be a charity/non-profit discount available for that please?
