Critical error

  • We added your plugin onto https://garage.chalkwell.co.uk/, which installed fine. I then tried to install the demo content but got a ‘critical error’ message.

    I then attempted to add the shortcodes for the results page manually. But as soon as I went to save the page, I got the ‘critical error’ message again.

    I think it’s something to do with your API shortcode? [fvd_calljson]

    Would you mind taking a look as we need your plugin to work for a planned campaign.

    We registered with your website, and have also submitted this issue via email, but no response from your support as yet.
