Critical Error

    I get an error before I can create a feed, General feed settings then Save & Continue. Then the error comes.
    Unfortunately I don’t get any mail,
    tests I’ve done.
    All plugins disabled
    Standard Theme
    On another instance, same problem
    Emails are sent after my test
    No error log is written by the plugin
    After test, other plugins write an error log
