• Good morning,

Last week, we began receiving the error message “There has been a critical error on this website” when trying to go to RentResponsibly.org. Support at BlueHost identified the issue as this plugin and deactivated it. We cannot reactivate it without being unable to access the entire site.

Chat support said the error log could be found at
    ‘/home1/gbrzwqmy/public_html/wp-content/plugins/yikes-inc-easy-mailchimp-extender/includes/error_log/class-yikes-inc-easy-mailchimp-error-logging.php’,

However, in our cpanel the filepath goes to /yikes-inc-easy-mailchimp-extender1old and does not have an error log.

WP, Divi theme, and all plugins up to date. No known changes made to site that could have triggered this.

Is there an easy fix that does not require us to start from scratch and recreate all forms, of which we have many? (Full disclosure, we’re not developers, so thanks in advance for grace and 101-level help!)

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

We have the exact same problem, since mid-October. It looks like you may have gotten it fixed. If so, please share your secret!
