• After installing the plugin and going to the Gravity Form Settings > Luminate API I see a message that says:

    @sm2dev Our team suspects the fix for this will probably be pretty simple, but we need to investigate your particular situation to fully troubleshoot what’s causing this error.

    Could you please navigate to Gravity Forms’ “Settings” and enable logging? If you’re not already familiar: Once you save that change, you can then navigate to the “Logging” item on the left of the settings page and turn all the logging OFF except for the logging from this plugin.

    Then, once you’ve replicated this issue and captured the details in the log, please send those details to us at [email protected] – We’ll then take a closer look.
