critical error

I’ve been getting error messages from WordPress, indicating that there’s a problem with this plugin. Removing and reinstalling hasn’t helped. The plugin is still doing its job, but I can’t access it in WP admin. Clicking on the menu item causes a critical error and triggers an email (sorry, it’s in Dutch):
