critical error

    Have been using the plugin for several months and today all of the sudden it gave a 500 error. After cleaning cashe and refreshing browser (Chrome) the WP error email gives the following:
    An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 1174 of the file /home/XXXXXXXXXX/public_html/wp-content/plugins/print-invoices-packing-slip-labels-for-woocommerce/admin/class-wf-woocommerce-packing-list-admin.php. Error message: Call to undefined function get_woocommerce_currency_symbols()
    WordPress version 5.7.2
    Current theme: Emmet Lite (version 1.7.0)
    Current plugin: WooCommerce PDF Invoices, Packing Slips, Delivery Notes & Shipping Labels (version 2.7.8)
    PHP version 5.6.40

  • this error because of your woocommerce version doesn’t have this method get_woocommerce_currency_symbols().

    WC has this method get_woocommerce_currency_symbols() from the version 4.1.0.

    Make sure your WC version is upto date or above the 4.1.0 .

    Kindly copy and paste the Woocommerce System report from Woocommerce > Status.

    After updating WC the issue was fixed!
