Critical error

Hi there,
I was not able to edit pages of site https://trimed.co.in/ and was receiving error https://prnt.sc/ubz6ts so performed a health check & found its due to plugin Webcraftic Clearfy u can check the attached video https://share.getcloudapp.com/qGuNbgjl
Due to I was forced to disable the plugi so pls tell me solution to remove the conflict so that I can activate it.
