Critical CSS Cron Problem? and Don’t actually taking effect?

  • Hey, frank i paid on the addon plugin 3 times for my 3 sites.
    Now I notice 2 problems.
    one is this on the support page of Autoptimize critical CSS:

    the other one, is the plugin is not need to be automated? they publish in the site.
    you purchase API and they do it for you…
    but i don’t see any change in performance… :/

    all the time have warning on the interface:
    WordPress cron (for task scheduling) seems to be disabled. Have a look at the FAQ or the info in the Job Queue instructions if all jobs remain in "N" status and no rules are created.

    I checked and AO_CSS pass his time in wp-control.
    I own my server, i have cPanel on Google Cloud.
    default cPanel and they offer by default to turn off wp-cron.

    and it’s working perfectly on my site.
    so, i little stuck Frank :/

    can you help me? or it’s out of scoop because of Critical CSS?
