    Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assist you with this.
    The best way to do this is to eliminate render-blocking CSS. In W3 Total Cache, once CSS is minified, you can use “Eliminate render-blocking CSS by moving it to HTTP body” in Performance>Minify>CSS. However, this option is only available in the Pro version of the plugin.
    If you want to remove unused CSS, this is the thing W3 Total Cache cannot do.
