Critical error after downloading PDF product with watermark

    Hello support,

    I have a problem with my dowload link after payment. I sell 2 e-books on my website (lunch/diner = large document, breakfast = small document). I want to sell them with a watermark so i installed the woocommerce watermark plugin (both free version). For the small document (breakfast) everythin workes: i kan order, pay and download the product via de PDF link (watermark is on the document). However, there occurs a problem with the bigger document (lunch/diner). I can order, pay and – when i download the product via de PDF link – i get the message “there is critical error on this website…”. (note: i have payed for the product though).

    What i already did:

    • re-installed the watermark plugin (problem still excist),
    • I re-uploaded the PDF document (problem stille xcist),
    • I deactivated the watermark pdf, ordered and paid, downloading PDF fil without watermark pluging worked! Note: the problem occurs only with one of the e-books (small document workes wit watermark, bigger document doesnt work with watermak).

    Hi @vegamakkelijk,

    Can you please share a bit more details regarding the PDF that you have created? Is the issue occurring with the default FluentForms PDF module?

    If you can create a video of the issue it would be helpful for us to have a better understanding of the problem that you are facing.

    Thank you so much looking into my issue!!

    I Made a video of buying my product witch shows the problem with downloading the link. How can i submit this video?

    I used Canva to create my PDF..
