Critical AMP Pages Errors Version 0.9.44

Hi,

I have just started receiving critical AMP errors from Googles Search Console since I upgraded to version 0.9.44 of Accelerated Mobile Pages. I have been running the plugin for several months but after the newest update Google Web Console is reporting a whole load of issues.

User-authored JavaScript found on page Critical
Prohibited HTML Tag with AMP equivalent Critical
AMP markup missing or incorrect Critical
Prohibited or invalid use of HTML Tag Critical
Invalid CSS stylesheet

Hope this can be fixed soon!
