Critial Error caused by PDF Builder

    Hi there

    I’m getting a critical error when submitting the form on the following page: https://www.websiteguy.com.au/client-brief

    After much troubleshooting I’ve narrowed it down to the PDF Builder plugin – when deactivated – the form submits just fine.

    I haven’t purchased the paid version of the plugin and if that’s the solution then I will of course do that but I’d like an assurance of resolution if possible first.

    Hello!

    Could you check your php error log to see what it says about the issue? or if this is the only thing stopping you from purchasing the plugin please purchase it so you can create a support ticket here: https://pdfbuilder.rednao.com/contact-us/ and in that ticket please give admin credentials to your site so someone can log in into your site and check the issue directly there (please do NOT share credentials here as this forum is public). I am sure the issue can be resolved but in the extreme case that it can’t you would get a refund of course.
