Critcal Error – Can′t login anymore

Sorry for the inconvenience. The issue is related to the WordPress update to 6.2.

Please delete this folder after accessing your site’s files: ..\wp-content\plugins\security-malware-firewall.

After that, you can log in.

Install the plugin version 2.106.1, which fixed incompatibility with WordPress 6.2. This guide will help you: https://cleantalk.org/help/install-wordpress-security.

I have around 50 Clients which are paying you for this Plugin.
This can′t be the only solution!
Didn′t you have the Roadmap and/or Beta Installations to check if your Plugin will work with 6.2?!?

I don′t have the time to do this one by one!
And the clients will not pay me for this!

Please give another advice how to fix this!

Sorry, this is the only solution if you can’t log in to the admin dashboard.

Most often, there is an opportunity to log in on the site. In this case, it is enough to simply update the plugin.

I did as you said. On most Sites, it worked. On some, there was a critical error on the backend, after updating the Access Key. Could not manage to fix that. Even on readding on the Dashboard on your site.

We will try out Zero Spam for WordPress on this sites. Maybe I can get it running with this Plugin.
