Crisp Chat and Google Reviews widget

  • Amazing tool I’ve been using it for almost 6 months. We recently added a live chat feature on our website – https://www.mmdc.ae

    The problem is when the live chat is clicked on mobile devices – the google reviews does not minimize – it obscures the send button – Is there a way for the google reviews widget to disappear or minimize when live chat is clicked? It works fine on desktop but mobiles not so great.

    @noussa the badge has a static size and, unfortunately, is not adapted for mobile. We recommend to use ‘Hide float badge on mobile’ option in the ‘Advance Options’ panel.

    If you’re using the widget, just turn on this option and save the widget. If, it’s a shortcode, add parameter ‘hide_float_badge=true’ into the shortcode.
