Crippleware

  • All I wanted to do was apply a specific colour to my header row to be consistent with my website, but it is a premium feature to type in the hex or RGB code. Sure I can use one of their predefined colours or try to select it from the pallet. Basically they cripple it so you have to buy basic functionality and just about anything you click on is a nag screen to buy.

    Not buying, just uninstalling. Totally infuriating waste of time!

    Hi @bakerd,

    I am really sorry that you had a bad experience with the plugin.

    But it is NOT a premium feature to type in the hex or RGB code.

    I think it’s an UI/UX issue that we will fix.

    As you can see in this video, another premium feature overlapped with it, which might have came of as HEX, RGB input as premium features.

    But if that is collapsed, then it can clearly be seen that they are not premium features.

    We apologize for the inconvenience with this. But we want to assure you no basic functionality is locked for pro version. In fact, we offer the most with free version compared to some of our competitors.
