Credly badge builder not working anymore on wordpress site

Let’s make sure I’m on the same page.

Within your website, you click into an achievement, scroll down to the “Achievement Image” section on the right, and click “Use Credly Badge Builder”. Is that when it’s giving you the “You must pass a valid badge builder token to continue.” error? or are you able to create a graphic and save it and whatnot, but that error appears some time after that?

Correct.

However when I try to test out the plugin on a blog I haven’t used it on before it works.

I tried re-installing the plugin on the blog I’m having issues on but that doesn’t work. I think I need to re-do the process.

But how do I make the plugin ask me to log in again to credly through the “Credly Integration Settings” page?

I’m having a similar problem. When I use the Credly badge builder, after I’ve built the badge, when I click “save” nothing happens.

Media modal doesn’t close with the featured image spot filled in with your newly created badge?

Are you familiar at all with your browser’s developer tools? I’m curious if possibly some javascript error is occurring as well.

The badge builder is getting to the point where it will save, however, it does not show in the media library or as the feature image.

I don’t know why it was marked resolved either, as it wasn’t me that did it. However, I am told by Credly that it should be resolved now.

The error lines you post above aren’t from any BadgeOS plugins at this point.

I am having a terrible time with this! Here is what is happening:

1. I am in the “achievements” menu.
2. I click on the achievement I would like to edit (in this case, Levels)
3. I fill in the information, then choose “Credly Badge Builder”
4. I go through the process of making a badge. I click “save,” then “continue.”
5. The badge does not show up anywhere on the achievement page.
6. I publish the Levels page.
7. When I go to the WordPress “media,” There is a picture of the default image badge. The details have the information that indicate I “created” it…the upload time is correct; however, the picture is not the one I’ve created.

I may have done something wrong in the setup, I suppose. I just installed this yesterday. None of the “things” I’m creating (achievement types or the specific content of the achievement type) are showing up on my WordPress page.

I’m running the most recent version of WordPress and BadgeOS using Safari on a MacBook.

Are you familiar with your browser’s developer tools at all? I’m curious if there’s some sort of js-based error occurring that’s preventing this from completing like expected.

Worst case scenario, would you be fine with me taking a first hand peak and trying it out myself?
