    Hi,
    The reason is that you have a javascript error on your page that happens before the script to position the overlay is triggered.

    Is this an error due to the cache plugin ? I had issue getting the right configuration with W3TC.

    No idea, I suggest you disable all your plugins except mine, see that it’s working (if not the problem is in your theme and you can switch to a standard theme to confirm) then activate all plugins one-by-one (W3TC the last) and see when it breaks. It’s the only way to find the culprit.
