    I need to send a PDF Credit note using this plugin (we have the standard and premium versions installed) but I can’t see how to do this. There is a PDF Credit Notes section on the right hand side of the order page but it’s empty.

    Obviously there are settings for Credit Note PDFs on the Premium tab and it mentions on the Plugin page that the Premium version supports “Send credit notes and cancelled PDF invoices” so I’m wondering if I’m missing something.

    Fwiw the refund and credit note options within WooCommerce send out the emails just fine – there just isn’t a PDF attachment.

    Please use our support email if you have a license. This support forum is not for premium users.

    About the credit notes, they will automatically get generated when you refund an order.
