    Hello,

    Since a week some clients notified us that they are having issue during their checkout when they are trying to pay by credit/debit card.

    This is the message that is showing up.

    Especially this problem had customers from Saudi Arabia country. We have not had this problem before and everyone has been able to pay by credit or debit card.

    *Direct payments with PayPal account works well for anyone.

  • Hi @arjanh – Can you ensure that debug logging is enabled in your PayPal Checkout settings? Once you’ve verified, you can find the PayPal Checkout logs at: WooCommerce > Status > Logs
    There should be some information in those stating why this error has been occurring, though you may have to match up dates and times a bit to find the specific issue in those logs.

    Hello, I have activated the option you mentioned, how do you know now what error is appearing to them, customers continue to have this problem.
