Credit check before complete order

    Hi,

    We have a fair amount of “pending payment” orders that has been “rejected by Klarna” since they apparently did not get approved for credit.

    Would it not be a smoother customer journey if the personal id number (credit check) was inlined in the pay later iframe (as it is in Klarna Checkout) instead of a popup they have to fill out AFTER pressing “Complete Order” in checkout and then possibly get declined?

    Hi @waldis84 – this enhancement request belongs to the Klarna Payments User Experience team, and I’ve created an internal ticket for them WUX-879. Closing this support topic as this isn’t something that the Woo Klarna Payments plugin controls.
