From what I gather, you are able to see the credit card fields, and would like to place them at a different place on your site’s Checkout page. Correct?

To get an idea of how your site is configured, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via ‘WooCommerce > Status’. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Just to clarify, are you trying to relocate the credit card field to a different section on the checkout page?

Our Eway extension primarily functions as a payment gateway, the styles, layout, etc. are all handled by your theme. :?)

To change the layout of the payment fields, you’ll likely need to override this template in a custom child theme.

If you require the assistance of a developer, consider hiring a WooExpert as we’re not able to provide support for custom solutions per our support policy.

Thanks for clarifying!

From what I understand, you would like the credit card fields to be displayed on the Checkout page rather than having customers redirected to the payment page to enter their credit card information, correct?

This would require custom code which is outside our scope of support. As Saif mentioned, you could consider hiring a?WooExpert for help with customization.

If you want the credit card fields on the checkout page you need to use Eway Secure Fields.

You’ll need to get the Eway Public API Key from your Eway account, and enter that into the settings in the Eway Woocommerce plugin.

Just follow the instructions in the link above and it should solve your problem. Good luck!
