  • The credit card field is inside an iframe which is coming from your payment provider. Unfortuately, a webmaster can’t control the styles of content inside an iframe which comes from somewhere else.

This means you’ll need to take it up with the support service for wherever you got paycomet software from. What you’ll need to ask them is if they can add a minimum height style to their input field. This will prevent it being squashed. I would expect they will be pleased to improve their software.

    Hi @mirabela1982

    Thanks for reaching out!

I checked your site and verified that you are using the PAYCOMET for WooCommerce plugin as your payment gateway on your Checkout page.

Since this is a third-party plugin which we don’t provide support for (please see our Support Policy here), it would be best reaching out to the plugin’s developers for further assistance here.

All the best and hopefully, the issue will be fixed soon.

    Thanks!
