    Hi there,

Users can’t pay with any card or any gateway method. The order on the back display this error:

Error processing payment. Reason: Credit card type is not accepted by this merchant account.

If I try with the sandbox account, it works, but in production mode not.

    Thanks!

    Hello @lparga,

    Thanks for reaching out.

I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues with your payment gateway. In the meantime, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    1. System Status Report, which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support, then paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here..
    2. Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.

I’m sorry, I’m using the Payment Plugin for Braintree and not your Woocommerce Plugin. I installed and configured your plugin and now I have another issue, the input fields are hidden and I can’t complete the card info.

    Hi @lparga,

To better understand, the issue you had on the first message was using another plugin (this one?); and you’re now using our version instead, correct? If so, can you please confirm you’ve disabled the plugin from the other vendor? If you have two payment plugins for the same gateway this may lead to conflicts such as the form not displaying properly.

Additionally, as requested by my colleague, could you please send us a System Status Report to better learn your site? You can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support. You may copy it on https://gist.github.com/ to share it with us.

    Looking forward to your answer.

    All the best,
    Omar

It’s correct, I was using this plugin but now I’m using your plugin and I have the issue that I mentioned in the screenshots.

    I share the system report

Thank you for your quick reply, @lparga.

I can see from the SSR that you’re now only using our Braintree plugin, the other one being disabled. I see you’ve redacted the URL from your site for security reasons, so I’m unable to go in there to do a quick test on my own to learn more about how the fields look (or not look, actually!).

I’d say the next step here would be to run a conflict test, though, to find out if something external is interfering. I see 47 active plugins there, so one of them (or a combination of them!) may be the cause.
    ?
To test, you’ll first want to change the theme on your site to Storefront, then check to see if the issue is still present. If that resolves the issue, you’ll want to get in touch with your theme’s developer and see if they have an update or fix for you.
    ?
If changing the theme doesn’t help, you’ll want to deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and take a look. If that fixes the problem, re-enable the other plugins one by one (gradually), checking after each to see where the issue is coming from.

    Some important considerations:?
    — Be sure you have a good backup in place of your full site and database. You can ask your host for backup functionality, or you can consider using a service like?Jetpack. If something goes wrong, you will be able to restore it.
    ?
    — Also, you can consider using a plugin like?Health Check & Troubleshooting. This is a plugin developed by the WordPress community, and it is helpful to disable plugins without affecting your current site visitors.
    ?
    — It is also important to consider staging functionality in case you would not like to touch your production site (you can ask your host if they offer this service), or you can use WP Staging to spin up a new test site quickly.
    ?
You can find more about this in this?guide.
    ?
Please let us know about your findings.

    All the best,
    Omar

    Hi there ?? ,

We haven’t heard from you in a while; this is to check if you’ve been able to proceed with the troubleshooting steps provided before and if you still need help.

    Thanks!
