Credit Card Requirement

    I have a contact form that is requiring credit card information to be provided for account verification only, but I did not add that to the form. Can this be removed or turned off??

    Hi, the issue still persists. I didn’t realize you had responded. My apologies. So I took a screenshot while inspecting it and it’s being added within the wp-forms-35769-field containers. To see the quote page, you must add a product to the quote page. You can do so by clicking: https://www.oakstreetmfg.com/product/cm-252-alm-navy-chair/ then click add to quote, then click the browse the list button to see the request a quote page.

    I added the product page, and on the quote page, I don’t see a form created using WPForms. When you have some time, can you please share some screenshots so I can take a closer look?
