    Hi,
    Using the paypal payment I have an error saying that the credit card is rejected, please enter another credit card or modify it.
    But using the same credit card out of paypal it works.
    Paypal support are saying that the payment by the credit card is refused by the bank.
    I have a doubt because it runs out of paypal by paying directly using the credit card.
    Any suggestion about the problem?

    Was it an American Express card? PayPal has some restrictions on AMEX cards and specific product categories.

    It is a Visa card.

    I’m sorry but there’s not much we can do here. Whether PayPal decides to approve a card or not is outside of our control. You may be able to get an answer from PayPal directly.

    I know it is not a problem related to the plugin, I experienced the same problem using the E-Store plugin.
    Unfortunately the Paypal support is not efficient in Europe and it is quite impossible to contact and to speak with the Paypal technical support.
    I don’t know if in USA it is the same problem.

    Hi,
    Finally solved. Internal Paypal problem not recognising the credit card. It works again after deletion card by the Paypal operator and recreated it by myself.
    Conclusion: The European support is not efficient and I never could contact the right technical support. Support based in Tunisia for financial reasons and making a barrier between the client and the right technical support in order to protect them.
