Credit Card – Position Order Button

I assume you mean the PayPal Card Processing?
The regular “Place order” button has to be replaced by a custom button because it wouldn’t work otherwise on a technical level.
With the regular PayPal gateway, the standard button is hidden in favor of the PayPal smart buttons.
