Credit Card payment screen loading forever

    Hello! I can’t use the credit/debit card payment method.
    The screen keeps loading forever and nothing happens after I enter my credit card info.
    Payments using Paypal accounts are working tho… I tried deactivating all of my plugins but the problem remains.

    Have you checked whether the same happens when you’re using the Storefront theme?

    Oh! It works with Storefront…
    So that means that my Theme is the one with the problem, right???
    It should be solved if I just change it.

    And also… Is there a way to know exactly what’s causing this problem?? I mean, Can I know if there’s something like a compatibility issue between this 2 items or something??

    That is correct.

    If you have a support arrangement with your theme developer, you could get them to check this for you.
