Credit card payment failing – mandatory field error

    I am using WooCommerce for credit card payment on this website (click for link to checkout).

    There is an issue when trying to check out with a credit card payment. The plugin indicates that a required field has not been entered, although all fields have been filled out. I have looked through the support entries but have not found a similar thread, and I’m not sure what the problem might be.

    I did not install this version of WooCommerce but it seems to be running the latest version. If there is a simple fix for this I would be really grateful.
