    Hi Mario,

    Is your base country in WooCommerce set to something other than US, UK, or Canada?

    Are you running in live mode or sandbox mode? If you’re live then you need to make sure you have an SSL installed on the site, and then you have have to the “force secure checkout” option enabled in WooCommerce.

    Please check those things and get back to me.

    yes we’re in Spain, running live mode. the option on woocommerce checkout was active.

    I have ssl certificate active on my website too. i cannot use credit card payment from clients?

    If the base country in WooCommerce is set to Spain then that’s why it’s not showing up.

    You have to get Payments Pro enabled on your PayPal account for the direct credit card processing, and that is only available in the US, UK, and Canada.

    You’ll have to stick with Express Checkout.
