Credit Card option not displayed with Elementor

    Hello,
    I have installed PayPal Payments on my fourth store.
    On the other three stores, no problem and I have orders paid by credit card. Thank you Paypal Payments for WooCommerce!
    For my fourth store, which is under construction, I have connected Paypal Payments and set it up without any problem (as for the 3 other stores).

    BUT, the fourth store uses Elementor and does not display the credit card payment option correctly:

    I deactivated the other plugins to test, but no result.
    I have read the forum, searched the web, without finding a solution.
    Note: in the source code, the credit card payment part is visible but is grayed out.
    Do you have any idea? The plugin works perfectly but seems to have problems with Elementor.

    Thank you!
    There have been some compatibility issues reported with certain page builders like Elementor, but I don’t recall seeing any issues like this.

    From the screenshot, it looks like the PayPal Standard gateway and the PayPal Card Processing are active.
    The PayPal Card Processing requires the PayPal gateway (the one from PayPal Payments) to be enabled as well. You can disable the buttons on the Checkout page if you prefer the Standard gateway instead of the smart buttons, but the gateway itself in the Payment tab must be active for the PayPal Card Processing to work.
    Since it works in the editor, I would expect this to be configured, though.

    Elementor Pro also provides experimental optimization features that could potentially impact PayPal Payments.
    So does this behavior also persist for you with the regular WooCommerce shortcode Checkout page and the PayPal Standard gateway disabled?

    To answer the different points:

    Paypal Standart:
    It is activated, but this is not a problem on my other three stores. Indeed, it allows me to hide the payment in 3 times. And it works perfectly.
    For the current configuration, I did some tests without PayPal Standart, but the result is the same: visible with Elementor in construction, invisible in live.

    For Elementor Experiments:
    Indeed, I had problems on other sites. So I disabled them all.

    Woocommerce Shortcode Checkout:
    Thanks for suggesting this option. I just tried it: the PayPal credit card payment (PayPal Payments) does not appear.

    Thanks for checking!
    Since the behavior also occurs on the regular WooCommerce Checkout page, it may not be related to Elementor but instead, for example, the WP-Optimize plugin.

    Similar as with the Elementor experiments, for example, CSS/JS minification options in the Optimize plugin can potentially impact the smart button functionality or the PayPal Card Processing gateway as this is also asynchronously loaded via JavaScript.

    You mentioned having tested disabling other plugins, but can you confirm the behavior persists on the regular shortcode Checkout page with all plugins except for WooCommerce and PayPal Payments disabled?

    Thanks for the suggestion about WP-Optimize plugin, but I had already tried disabling it, but without result.

    I just deactivated the maximum plugin again, as you can see on the report below. The result is still the same: visible when I work with Elementor, invisible in live.

    I see that Elementor notes that Woocommerce shortcodes are not assigned! However, as you can see on the screenshots, the shortcode is well selected.

    Yesterday, I’ve done all possible tests with the theme editor : the7 theme is not involved.

    Are there any special requirements in the store settings to allow the plugin to work?

    We made lots of tests with Elementor (and PRO Elements) but couldn’t directly reproduce the reported behavior. We could produce an issue when we added two checkout pages on the same Elementor page, but I don’t think your setup looks like that.
