    I have added a credit card at wordpress.com and have connected my woocommerce site with jetpack, but it is not pulling in my CC for shipping labels and continues to give me an error message. I can see the CC at wordpress.com, it’s been added. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting JetPack, to no avail. Please advise.

    This is often due to having different email addresses in different spots (i.e. actually using two different WordPress.com accounts.

    Could you please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Tickets? You may need to create an account. We will be able to help you further there as we will need to look into your account and ask for information that can not be shared via the forums.
