Credit card logos stacking on checkout page

There are 3 logos in the code behind, but the theme layout only displays the last image referenced, and the other two are hidden. Customers are understandably confused about what cards accepted.
Theme, WP and plugins all up to date.
Checked on Chrome, Opera, FF on Mac and Chrome on Andriod.
Help appreciated!

In order to resolve this issue add the following custom CSS to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS section.
