credit card input issue

    Hello,

    so I have just used elementor checkout builder and placed the widget, all seemed well except for the fact that the credit card info box is greyed out and won’t let you type your card info. I have also tried to use woo commerce checkout page and it does the same thing.

    Thank you for reaching out!

    Can you please temporarily disable the Elementor plugin and check if this makes any difference?

    Also, in order for us to get a better understanding of your site setup, could you please share a copy of your website’s System Status Report?

    You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.
