From what I understand, you’re facing some issues with the loading time of the credit card input fields on your checkout page. You’ve already done a great job trying to troubleshoot the issue by disabling all plugins, using the default theme, and bypassing Cloudflare.

I’ve tried to replicate the issue on my end, but everything seems to be working fine. This suggests that the problem might be specific to certain conditions that I’m not experiencing.

Here are a few more things we can try:

    1. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, old or corrupted data stored in your browser can cause issues with how pages load. Clearing your browser’s cache and cookies can often resolve these issues.
    2. Test on Different Browsers/Devices: If the issue persists after clearing your cache and cookies, try accessing your site from a different browser or device to see if the problem continues.
    3. Check Internet Connection: Slow or unstable internet connections can cause pages to load incompletely or not at all. If possible, test your site on a different network to see if the issue persists.
    4. Inspect Browser Console for Errors: If you’re comfortable with it, you can also inspect your browser’s console for any errors that might indicate what’s causing the issue. ?? You can find more information on Using Your Browser to Diagnose JavaScript Errors Here

In case none of the above steps work, could you send us a copy of your site’s System Status? This will give us a clearer picture of your site’s setup and help us pinpoint the problem. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Additionally, could you also provide us with the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Once you have that, please paste it inside a Code block in your reply, or use https://pastebin.com/ to paste it and share the link with us.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation in this matter. I’m looking forward to your response so we can solve this issue for you.

we are having the same issue and it’s on and off. There are no errors – and we just hear from clients who WhatsApp us (the ones that bother). So this is a square issue?

Yes it’s definitely square. I’ve tested every which way and it’s only their plugin. Stripe, paypal, autorize.net all work perfectly on the same wordpress install. Unfortunatly square doesn’t seem to care as you can tell from the poor reviews. I gave up and moved on from them.
