    Hello @fads79 ,

Thank you for reaching out to us, we’re here to help.

We have identified the issue on your site, and it appears to be potentially caused by a conflict with your theme or another plugin. To determine the exact source of the problem, we will need to conduct a more in-depth investigation.

To assist with this process, we recommend using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. This tool will allow you to test for conflicts in a staging environment, which can help isolate the issue. You can find detailed instructions for using this plugin at the following link: Health Check & Troubleshooting Plugin Guide.

We appreciate your cooperation and patience as we work to resolve this matter. Please let us know if you have any questions or need further assistance.

    Best Regards,
    Jamie

    Hello Jamie

I have gone through the process of using “Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin” as recommended by you, unfortunately it has not resolved the problem. Can confirm none of the plugins are causing it.
I have decided to rollback to version 2.8.3.

    Regards

    Hi @hetaweb,

It is challenging to analyze an issue without having the right context about how the sites were set up.

We understand that you have a few sites that are impacted by some issues, if you want us to take a closer look at this, we would need to look into the logs of our plugin and possibly the system report. You can copy the log files from here:
    – WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support
    – WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “woocommerce-paypal-payments…” in the dropdown and click on view.
Since this issue may or may not be related to the issue this ticket, we suggest you open a new thread or open a ticket directly with us on our?service desk.

If you don’t feel comfortable sharing those details on a public forum, please open a ticket with our service desk. You can find the instruction for this here: https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support/

    Hi @studiomondiale,

?Thank you the proactive update. It will be addressed for the next update and a public release candidate will be available on GitHub by next Monday. ?If anybody wants to give it a try before, it is crucial to test these modifications in a controlled?Staging?environment before deploying them to your live site.

    Best Regards,
    Jamie
