Credit card information update hook

Since there aren’t any hooks just use the wp_loaded hook with a priority of 1. Do the same nonce check that our code performs in the change_payment_method function.

You can then do what you want before our code runs. That’s assuming whatever you’re trying to do can be done before our code runs.
