Credit card information input not active/unsuable in Give rorm

    Hi.
    Our users are trying to donate to our organization through our websites and they pointed out to us that they could not proceed because the credit card information inputs are not active and it is not possible to type anything inside… The same problem for our two websites, actually. We see that your WPExperts Square For GiveWP plugin hasn’t been updated for 7 months now, and suspect there is a problem with it. Are you aware of any issues with your plugin and are you planning to update it? Is there any way you can help us fix this issue? Thanks

    Hi Randelleh.
    We ended up giving up the WPExperts Square For GiveWP plugin and purchased the Give Square add-on and it worked right away. It’s not free but at least it works well and we get good support. Considering all the donations we got in the next two weeks after we installed the add-on, it was a good investment.

    I have the same issue as @pilotbear. I integrated the ?WPExperts Square For GiveWP plugin with our website and it does not work to input credit card details into the credit card fields in the square donations form. I have disconnected and reconnected Square twice but the issue remains. Were you able to troubleshoot and find a solution for this issue? Is it possible to get some help to get this resolved? Thank you

    Thank you for following up. The issue persists. Did you find a solution for this bug/issue yet? For now, I have disabled the plugin and set up an alternative payment gateway. However would ideally like to use the WPexperts Square plugin as it integrates beautifully and looks great aesthetically. Please follow up.

    Thank you for looking into this. The updated plugin fixes the issue! Thank you ?? The only issue now is when toggling on ” billing details ” as in person has to enter in address etc when making the donation does not work – it only shows the field for the CC. Is this something you can fix? Also wondering why only the test application ID and test access token show after toggling on : live ” and saving on the plugin’s settings back end? Please advise.
