Credit Card Fields Only Visible When Logged Out

I can only see the Credit Card fields on my registration page, when I’m NOT logged in.

When I log in, it’s all missing, and I just get a “Subscribe” button. When I hit that, the url gets appended with “#pms-credit-card-information”, which doesn’t do anything.

I don’t use Jetpack’s Brute Force setting.
