Credit Card Fields Not Showing

  • I have been using your plugin successfully on a couple of websites, but it has recently stopped working properly. After selecting a donation amount, completing the mandatory donor details, and using the ‘Next’ button to advance, the credit card fields are not showing every time. When the credit card fields do not appear, if you refresh the page and go through the process again, then the credit card fields appear. I am using the plugin with WooPayments and direct bank transfer options.

    Hi suzywoozy,

    can you please check if style 4 is working as expected?
    It’s most likely an issue introduced by a change in WooPayments. Have you considered using the WooCommerce Stripe plugin? I will try to find a fix and include it in the upcoming version of the plugin.

    Thank you, Style 4 does work as expected. I’ll use this in the meantime.
