    Hi,

I’ve been reading some threads with this problem and use to be a theme conflict.

The thing is that, in our case, only three clients concerned about the problem during the last months and we couldn’t find a way to reproduce it. This is how some clients see the fields, and probably they have some kind of JS error there https://prnt.sc/mv6vaa

Do you know which can be the issue and any way to solve it? Without reproducing the error is almost impossible for us to find a solution. It’s been happening for a while, during various versions of the plugin. We’re using the most recent one and its still happening to some people.

    Thanks in advance.

It is true that the majority of the time something such as this is the cause of a theme conflict; more to the point a theme template override which causes this issue.

As you are unable to replicate it, there might be a browser conflict – some older browsers such as IE 10 are being phased out and can cause issues such as this. To verify, can you reach out to your customers and ask what browser they were using? This could give us an idea of how to narrow down troubleshooting. I will await your reply!

    Hi,

Client uses Safari. With my version the checkout looks fine, so it seem a JS problem of concrete versions of Safari (I guess, an old one).

Any ideas of how to reproduce this?

    Thanks

    Hi @andreu,

I am sorry for the wait on the response for this. I have been testing Stripe ver. 4.1.15 with the following browsers:

    Safari Version 12.0.3 (13606.4.5.3.1)
    Firefox Version 66.0.1 (64-bit)
    Chrome Version 73.0.3683.86 (Mac)
MS Edge Version 44.17763.1.0 (Windows X)

    with your product here:

    https://www.cortana.es/en/shop/rosario-long-ivory-dress/

Each time I have not had any issues entering items in the Stripe fields. If this happens again, please find out what version of Safari the client is using; they can do this by opening Safari and clicking About Safari under the Safari menu.

Please let us know and I will try to duplicate it as best I can!

    Hi @nixiack8,

Thank you for your response. The client have not answered anything yet, but suddenly I have the same problem in another site, also using the latest versions of WP, Woo and your plugin. In that case, the problem ocurred with Safari from iOS 12.1.4. It doesn’t make a lot of sense, since in my Safari from iOS 11.4 it works fine.

Any ideas of how to debug this further?

    Thanks in advance

    Hi @andreu,

I checked https://www.cortana.es/en/shop/rosario-long-ivory-dress/ but was unable to replicate the checkout fields issue. What is the other website URL you recently mentioned?

When you replicate the issue again, could you please right click anywhere on the checkout screen > click Inspect > and check the Console tab and send us a screenshot of any of the console errors?

    Thanks!
