I understand the card fields are grey out as shown in the screenshot you shared.
You can perform a conflict test, in order to isolate this issue:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Add an item to the cart, go to the checkout page, and see if the card fields are visible
At this point check if the issue is still present, if not, then it means there was a conflict and you can reactivate the theme and plugins gradually one by one and check again after each reactivation until you find the cause of the problem.
