    Hi,

When customer wants to checkout, the credit card option appears, but should stay hidden, this should not be an option. Our customer tried different browsers, but credit card keeps appearing after a few seconds. Any thoughts?

    Hope to hear from you,

    Karin

Can you share more details about this, please? Which payment options do you have enabled on your WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping? And from which plugins do they come from? Kindly share a screenshot from your Payment settings with us. You can use a service like https://snipboard.io/ to easily share screenshots in the forums.

In the meantime, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    • Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.

    Thanks!

Hi thank you for the reply,

We have no extra plugins installed for payments.
Two standard payment options are on; direct bank transfer , ‘tikkie’.
We don’t add shippig costs, shipping costs is set to 0,-

I can’t reproduce what the customer sees, and the screenshot is full of customer information.
Customer tried different browsers and cleared cache.

There are no (fatal) errors or anything mentioned in the logs.
All plugins and wordpress are up to date.

    Hi,

I’ve pasted to report in github: https://gist.github.com/K-A14/772ec74f3581f50969fb7814aa5057f3

    kind regards. K

Thank you for reaching back, with the site’s System Status Report (SSR), @karinaardachtig .

From what I gather, this is related with the payment options enabled at the site, via Mollie, as the Mollie Payments for WooCommerce: door Mollie – 7.6.0 is activated (and the only one with related functionality, as I gather).

Feel free to reach out to its support channel (linked here), as they would be in a better position to assist you.

I trust that points you in the right direction, but if you have more questions, let us know.

    We’re happy to help.

    Dear support,

I’ve deactivated mollie plugin. But problem re-occurs. Anything we could try?

Customer tried different laptops & browser with same result. I can’t reproduce the problem.

    kind regards, K

    Hey, @karinaardachtig!

Are all customers seeing this or only this one customer?

and the screenshot is full of customer information.

Can you please blur their info and share the screenshot so we can take a look?

i tried checking your website, but an account is needed, so I couldn’t move forward.

I also recommend creating a staging site (you can ask your host if they offer this service, or you can use WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.), deactivating all plugins but Woo (no other exceptions) and switching to a default theme such as Storefront. Then sharing the link with the customer to see if they are still able to see the credit card option.

You can find more about this in this guide.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!
